Preface:

According to the importance of ornamental plants, medicinal and aromatic plants, and their significant role in various fields, the idea of the conference emerged to highlight the role of modern technology and innovation, as well as scientific advancements, in improving the production efficiency of these plants, preserving them, and maximizing their utilization in certain industries.

Goals:

1- Identifying modern and innovative methods for producing ornamental, medicinal, and aromatic plants.

2- Understanding the industries based on these plants.

3- Exchanging expertise among the researchers participating in the conference.

4- Transforming scientific research outcomes into serious, actionable recommendations.

Topics:

1- Innovative methods for producing ornamental, medicinal, and aromatic plants under various stress conditions.

2- Practical application of artificial intelligence in the fields of ornamental, medicinal, and aromatic plants.

3- Latest advancements in biological control to overcome production challenges in plants.

4- Preservation of the genetic resources of Egyptian heritage plants.

5- Practical application of genetic engineering in the field of ornamental, medicinal, and aromatic plants, and its impact on product quality.

6- Advanced industries based on ornamental, medicinal, and aromatic plants.

Specifications of Sending Abstracts and Full Papers:

1- It is conditioned for the Research not to be published in any other journal or conference.

2- The research must be written in Word Program and in English (except the Arabic Abstract).

3- Used paper size A4, the space between lines: is 1.5, margins for all sides: are 2.5 cm, writing size: 14

4- English writing type: Times new roman.

Dead times for sending Researches:

For full text: April, 1^st, 2025

Participation fees:

600 LE for Audience (SSFOP member).

750 LE for Audience (Non-SSFOP member).

1400 LE for participants with Research or Poster (SSFOP member).

1600 LE for participants with Research or Poster (Non-SSFOP member).

800 LE for Spikers (SSFOP member).

900 LE for Spikers (Non-SSFOP member).

These fees include attending sessions, drinks, coffee breaks, lunch, printouts bags of conference and gifts, it does not include transportation and residence costs.

Requirements for attending as a speaker:

1- The topic should address one of the conference’s topics.

2- The topic should be based on already published research, scholarly articles, etc.

3- The topic should be prepared in the form of a 20-minute presentation.

4- The deadline for sending entire ideas to the Scientific Committee for assessment is 1/31/2023.

5- Outstanding topics will be selected to be presented at the conference and will be announced in advance.
