Preface:

Regarding the important role that ornamental plants play in various fields, the idea of conducting this conference came to develop an advanced strategy for the production, marketing and export of ornamental plants, which may be reflected in the national economy of Egypt.

Goals:

1- Knowing the importance of having a unique code for both ornamental plants and landscaping.

2- Acquaintance with modern techniques in the production and marketing of ornamental plants.

3- Encourage researchers to conduct applicable climate change research.

4- Becoming up-to-date on the latest developments in the establishment and administration of ornamental nurseries.

5- Exchanging experiences among researchers attending the conference.

Topics:

1- Introducing the standards for ornamental plants and landscaping.

2- Emphasizing the importance of modern technology in the production and export of ornamental plants.

3- Improving the quality of ornamental plants to deal with climate change and a scarcity of water resources.

4- Emphasizing the role of scientific research and its relationship to ornamental plants.

5- Clarifying the organisational frameworks for the establishment, administration, and development of ornamental nurseries.

1- It is conditioned for the Research not to be published in any other journal or conference.

2- The research must be written in Word Program and in English (except the Arabic Abstract).

3- Used paper size A4, the space between lines: is 1.5, margins for all sides: are 2.5 cm, writing size: 14

4- English writing type: Times new roman.

Participation fees:

1100 LE for Audience (SSFOP member).

1300 LE for Audience (Non-SSFOP member).

1400 LE for participants with Research or Poster (SSFOP member).

1600 LE for participants with Research or Poster (Non-SSFOP member).

1200 LE for Spikers (SSFOP member).

1400 LE for Spikers (Non-SSFOP member).

These fees include attending sessions, drinks, coffee breaks, lunch, printouts bags of conference and gifts, it does not include transportation and residence costs.

Requirements for attending as a speaker:

1- The topic should address one of the conference’s topics.

2- The topic should be based on already published research, scholarly articles, etc.

3- The topic should be prepared in the form of a 20-minute presentation.

4- The deadline for sending entire ideas to the Scientific Committee for assessment is 1/31/2023.

5- Outstanding topics will be selected to be presented at the conference and will be announced in advance.
